Job Summary
Coach, mentor, and onboard new drivers through hands-on classroom and truck training. Teach driving skills, safety, hours of service, trip-planning, and workflow using Schneider's electronic tablets and policies. Act as a safety advocate and driver retention ambassador by providing feedback, evaluating candidates, and preparing drivers for a safe career. Requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT physical, and 12 months of driving experience. Live within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA. Full-time, home-time daily schedule with competitive salary, profit-sharing, and immediate PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- DOT physical card
- Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
- Live within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA
- Schneider uses E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired associates
