Job Summary
Intermodal Dedicated truck driver responsible for hauling automotive freight in containers secured to company-owned chassis. Drive for a single customer between railyards and various destinations with 90% drop-and-hook, 100% no-touch freight, and operations in/in-out of railyards across IL, IN, MI, and OH. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 3% of gross pay. Company emphasizes inclusive culture and compliance with E-Verify; accommodations under ADA available upon request.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
- Live within 50 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
