Job Summary
Train new CDL students in backing, maneuvering, road driving, and defensive driving techniques while providing real-time coaching with clear, respectful, and constructive feedback. Demonstrate safe driving habits and professional decision-making daily, adapting your teaching style to meet different learning personalities and experience levels. Evaluate trainee progress to identify areas needing additional coaching and partner with fellow instructors to continually improve the training program. Help develop confident, safety-focused professional drivers using your solid driving experience and excellent safety record. Full-time or part-time scheduling options available for those ready to shape the future of Mast Trucking.

- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 years of experience with Class A tractor trailers
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DUIs in the past 5 years
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Able to pass a background check
