Job Summary
Haul dry bulk commodities in a pneumatic tank along local routes during the main season from spring through fall, with occasional overnights as necessary. Maintain a violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse record and adhere to company protocols while operating a CDL-A. Complete paid training and pass the DOT physical, drug test, and road test to begin. Earn between $1,500 and $2,000 weekly, with a $1,300 minimum guarantee, working Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Receive BCBS medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, an HSA, earned PTO, paid holidays, and a quarterly performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A
- Recent verifiable CDL-A experience: 24-months, or 12-months and CDL school certificate
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must pass DOT physical, drug test, and road test
- Must be 24 years of age and older
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to company protocols
