Job Summary
Haul dry bulk commodities in a pneumatic tank on local routes during the main season from Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and overnights as necessary. Maintain a violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse record, pass the DOT physical, drug test, and road test, and adhere strictly to company protocols. Earned PTO, paid holidays, and paid training are included, though TransWood does not provide CDL training. Weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $2,000 with a minimum guarantee, supported by BCBS medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A
- Recent verifiable CDL-A experience: 24-months, or 12-months and CDL school certificate
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must pass DOT physical, drug test, and road test
- Must be 24 years of age and older
- Strong attention to detail
