Job Summary
Haul dry bulk commodities in pneumatic tank trucks along local routes during the main season from spring through fall, with occasional overnights as necessary. Operate Monday through Friday, occasionally working Saturdays, while maintaining a violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse record and passing the DOT physical, drug test, and road test. Earn weekly pay ranging from $1,300 to $2,000, including a minimum guarantee, alongside access to BCBS medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with matching, and earned PTO. Note that TransWood does not provide CDL training; candidates must hold a valid CDL-A with recent verifiable experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A
- Recent verifiable CDL-A experience: 24-months, or 12-months and CDL school certificate
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must pass DOT physical, drug test, and road test
- Must be 24 years of age and older
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to company protocols
