Job Summary
Haul dry bulk commodities in a pneumatic tank on local routes during the main season from spring through fall, with occasional overnights as necessary. Maintain a violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse record and adhere to company protocols while operating a CDL-A vehicle. Complete a road test and DOT physical to begin work. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, occasionally on Saturdays, with a weekly minimum guarantee of $1,300 and potential earnings up to $2,000. Earned PTO, paid holidays, and paid training are available, though CDL training is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A
- Recent verifiable CDL-A experience: 24-months, or 12-months and CDL school certificate
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents (some restrictions apply)
- Violation-free FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must pass DOT physical, drug test, and road test
- Must be 24 years of age and older
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to company protocols
