Job Summary
Dedicated flatbed company-driver role with SME Logistics LLC. Local and regional flatbed trucking across AZ, CA, NV, OR, UT, WA with home-time emphasis. Compensation features CPM pay progression with increases by tenure, tarp-pay for backhaul loads, hourly pay for shorter loads within some states, safety bonuses, comprehensive benefits (insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays). Requires Class A CDL and 1 year of flatbed experience; candidates must meet safety and driving history requirements; roles based out of multiple terminal locations and occasional interstate moves depending on loads.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Flatbed driving experience
- 1 year minimum (2 years preferred)
- No more than 2 moving violations in 12 months
- No speeding 15 MPH or more in 3 years
- No rollovers or abandonment
- Secure freight by hand
- DOT Physical
- Drug Screen
