Job Summary
CDL A Flatbed Company Driver needed for SME Logistics LLC. Drive dedicated flatbed routes across ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, OREGON, UTAH, WASHINGTON with local moves and potential nationwide trips. Competitive pay by CPM with incremental increases based on years of service, tarp-pay for back-haul loads, and hourly rates in Utah and Arizona for shorter loads. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k) with company match after 90 days, paid holidays, PTO, new equipment, and weekly home time. Must possess Class A CDL, 1 year flatbed experience (2 years preferred), pass DOT physical and drug screen, and maintain clean driving record. Applicant will operate out of Gilbert, AZ area with multiple hubs and routes, with opportunities to go where loads take us.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 1 year of Flatbed driving experience required; 2 years preferred
- No more than 2 moving violations in 12 months
- No speeding 15 MPH or more in 3 years
- No rollovers or abandonment
- Secure freight by hand
- Must pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
