Job Summary
Regional Truck Driver responsible for transporting goods with CDL A, operating refrigerated and dry trailers, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, planning routes to optimize delivery times while complying with traffic laws, maintaining accurate delivery logs, and communicating with dispatchers and customers. Requires 2 years of CDL A experience, clean driving record (no accidents in the last year), no SAP, and no more than one speeding ticket in the last year. Offers a comprehensive benefits package and pay bonuses including a safety bonus, detention/layover/extra stop pay, and a new-pay scale. Work location is in Huntsville, AL, on-site. Required Qualifications
- 2 Years of CDL A Experience
- No Accidents in the Last Year
- No SAP
- No More Than 1 Speeding Ticket in the Last Year
- Operate various types of commercial vehicles, including refrigerated and dry trailers
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Plan and manage routes effectively
- Maintain logs of hours worked, mileage driven, and fuel consumption
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Independent work capability while being part of a team
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driving role
- Familiarity with dry and refrigerated trailers
- Strong navigation and route planning skills
- Ability to work in Southeast/Midwest regional routes
