Job Summary
Conduct hands-on Class A tractor-trailer operations on regional routes during a 4–6 week paid training phase with a dedicated mentor. Master ELD systems, Hours-of-Service compliance, and thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections while adhering to strict corporate logging procedures. Transition to solo driving after clearing training, managing consistent regional dry van freight with scheduled weekly home time. Maintain accurate logs and professional communication with dispatch throughout the tenure. Requires a valid CDL-A, 120 hours of accredited training, age 21 or older, clean driving record, and successful DOT physical and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 120 hours of training completed at an accredited CDL school
- At least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record (MVR) and solid safety history
- Ability to pass a standard DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
