Job Summary
Conduct hands-on Class A tractor-trailer operations on regional routes during a 4–6 week paid training phase with a dedicated mentor. Master ELD systems, Hours-of-Service compliance, and vehicle inspections (DVIR) while earning a guaranteed weekly paycheck. Transition to solo driving after clearing training, managing consistent regional dry van freight with scheduled weekly home time. Maintain accurate logs and professional dispatch communication using a fully maintained, DOT-compliant fleet. Candidates must hold a valid CDL-A, 120 hours of accredited training, and a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 120 hours of training completed at an accredited CDL school
- At least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record (MVR) and solid safety history
- Ability to pass a standard DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
