Compensation is paid as CPM (0.54–0.60 CPM) with potential weekly earnings around $1,350+ and includes safety bonus and accessorial pay. Home time varies by route: local (home daily), dedicated (home often), regional (home weekly). 400–500 mile runs with 100% no-touch dry van freight and no East Coast routes.
