Job Summary
Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer on regional and long-haul routes hauling no-touch freight between Minnesota, North Carolina, and other markets. Safely transport cargo while maintaining DOT and FMCSA compliance, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety. Deliver freight on time, accurately maintain electronic logs and documentation, and communicate with dispatch regarding operational updates. Follow all company safety procedures, defensive driving practices, and maintenance reporting protocols. Maintain a professional appearance and maximize available mileage opportunities. This weekly home-time position offers 2,500 to 2,700 miles per week with an annual earning potential of $85,000 to $93,000.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Must live within a 40-mile radius of Oakdale, MN
- Must live within a 40-mile radius of New Hope, MN
- Must live within a 40-mile radius of Charlotte, NC
- No DUI, DWI, or OWI convictions within the past 7 years
- No more than 1 non-serious moving violation within the last 12 months
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No more than 1 non-serious preventable accident within the last 12 months
- No more than 2 accidents within the last 2 years
- Ability to pass all DOT employment, drug screening, and background requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred
- Drivers with 6 months of recent Class A experience may be considered
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
