Job Summary
CDL A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements drives to safely transport materials (fuel, water trailers, blasting mats) to site locations while performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and documenting deficiencies. Must secure loads per DOT regulations, obtain any required over-width/over-weight permits, maintain DOT-required E-Log and vehicle inspection reports, follow state and federal traffic laws, keep the vehicle clean and maintained, communicate work status to the Mobilization Supervisor, and represent the company professionally. The role requires flexibility to start at various times, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, capability to operate in diverse weather, and occasional travel. The posting specifies a Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, DOT medical certification, and a clean driving record, along with prior Class A driving experience; a construction or hazmat background is a plus. The position involves multiple daily assignments and adherence to safety policies and DOT regulations.
Required Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass background check for ATF “possessor” requirements
- Flexibility to start the day at any time based on a predetermined job schedule
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, under pressure to meet deadlines, and adaptability with changing priorities
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position
- Ability to routinely lift and move 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in weather conditions ranging from -10 to 105
- Travel as necessary
- Attend operations meetings and training as needed
