Job Summary
Conduct 4 to 6 weeks of training alongside an experienced driver covering Midwest regional lanes in Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Operate 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth dry van trucks with APU equipment, handling drop and hook loads across 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week. Earn $900 guaranteed weekly from day one of training, with solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM and performance-based increases. Receive a $300 orientation bonus upon arrival and enjoy weekly home time with medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21 or older
- Minimum 120 hours from an accredited CDL school
- No major violations in the past 3 years
- No DUI in the past 5 years
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
