Job Summary
Conduct dry van freight operations primarily east of Interstate 35, handling approximately 70% drop-and-hook loads with no-touch delivery requirements. Operate assigned 2022 or newer automatic Kenworth and Freightliner tractors equipped with APUs, maintaining a schedule of 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home. Complete 4 to 6 weeks of paid over-the-road training with an experienced mentor, transitioning immediately to full solo driver pay upon successful program completion. Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, current DOT Medical Card, and at least 120 hours of accredited CDL training school completion. Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,550, with top performers earning $1,800+ per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Safe driving record
- Six months of recent OTR experience or graduation from an accredited CDL program
- Ability to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test
