Job Summary
Conduct dry van freight driving across the eastern United States, primarily east of Interstate 35, with no deliveries to New York City's five boroughs. Operate 2022 or newer automatic Kenworth and Freightliner tractors equipped with APUs, handling approximately 70% drop-and-hook loads alongside live loading and unloading. Complete a 4 to 6-week paid training program with an experienced trainer if you are a new CDL-A holder, or transition immediately to full solo driver status. Earn an average of $1,300–$1,550 weekly while driving 2,200 to 2,800 miles on a 12 days on/2 days at home schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Safe driving record
- Six months of recent OTR experience or graduation from an accredited CDL program
- Ability to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test
