Job Summary
Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in compliance with DOT and company standards, pulling 53' reefer trailers to plants, distribution centers, and customer sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete DVIRs daily, and maintain accurate Hours of Service logs. Transport loads according to dispatch instructions while ensuring proper load security and biosecurity compliance. Report accidents, citations, and equipment defects promptly, and participate in scheduled safety meetings and training programs. Keep assigned truck clean, perform trailer washouts, fueling, and spotting, and report maintenance needs. Work a Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule with up to 12-hour shifts, covering 10+ weekly loads within a 300-mile radius.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1-year CDL Class A driving tractor trailer or reefer experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to lift heavy objects weighing up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to lift objects using mechanical assistance

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
