Job Summary
Conduct in-cab driver training by sharing the truck with students to teach safe driving techniques and inspire new drivers. Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance while completing a two-day ICI certification class. Attend quarterly ICI meetings and engage in continuous training through online sources and in-person classroom events. Requires three or more years of verifiable, accident-free Class A driving experience in interstate commerce and strong interpersonal communication skills. Full-time, steady work with home weekly schedule, full benefits including health and 401K, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers only.
