Job Summary
Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer hauling dry van freight on consistent out-and-back routes throughout Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. Transport freight while maintaining compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and delivering cargo on schedule. Maintain accurate logs, communicate with dispatch, and report equipment concerns promptly. This direct hire role offers weekly home time, no-touch freight, and paid training on account procedures and documentation. Drivers must live within 60 miles of Greenville, SC, and hold a valid Class A license with at least one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Must live within 60 miles of Greenville, SC
- No DUI, DWI, or OWI convictions within the past 7 years
- No more than 1 non-serious moving violation within the last 12 months
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No more than 1 non-serious preventable accident within the last 12 months
- No more than 2 accidents within the last 2 years
- Ability to pass DOT employment, drug screening, and background requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred
- Drivers with 6 months of recent Class A experience may be considered
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
