Conduct dry van freight delivery across a regional footprint using a Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, adhering to a no-touch policy and managing drop & hook stops with minimal wait times. Cover pre-trip procedures, hours of service compliance, and customer etiquette during a four-to-five-week paid orientation with a seasoned driver before clocking into independent driving. Drive 2,000 to 2,400 miles weekly on predictable regional lanes, earning mileage compensation starting at $0.56 CPM with additional safety rewards, and restart home every 34 hours. Requires a Class A CDL, clean MVR, and DOT physical.
