Job Summary
Operate OTR freight on 2025/26 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia units with 1.5+ years of verifiable experience, clearing 3,200+ miles weekly under 72 MPH speed limits. Manage your own trailer selection and pay structure for 100% no-touch freight, with all miles paid regardless of empty or loaded status. Enjoy flexible home time rotations of two weeks out/two days off or three weeks out/four days off, plus a $150 layover allowance and $25/hr detention pay after two hours. The fleet includes premium amenities such as APU, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and tablet access, with pets welcome from day one. EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Pilot/Flying J cards are provided. Direct deposit settlements occur every Friday with no delays. Hiring is nationwide excluding California, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama; qualified drivers may enter the fast-track orientation and be dispatched within four hours of arrival.
Required Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience
- License must show 2+ years
- Standard DOT Urine Screen
- Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years
- Max 2 violations (3 yrs)
- No reckless or 15+ MPH speeding
- No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime)
- Nationwide hiring area except CA, MS, LA, and AL
