Job Summary
Operate a tractor-trailer to deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Manually unload products and build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude to meet their needs and expectations. Touch freight involving lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing 40-100 pounds repeatedly. Work a four-day week Monday through Saturday with overnight stays required weekly, while earning up to $110,000/year including incentives and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for those with one or more years of experience. Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Pass employment testing
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- driving record that meets Company insurability standards
- ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public
- ability to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language
- ability to respond to official inquiries
- ability to make entries on reports and records
- ability to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility – overtime as required

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year customer delivery experience
- 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience
- 6 months Food and Beverage experience
- 2 years consistent work history
