Job Summary
CDL A Delivery Driver for US Foods with local routes, home every night. Safely drive delivery trucks to customers, unload products using a pallet jack or manually, verify deliveries with customers, obtain signatures, and handle applicable payments. Requires valid CDL Class A with DOT qualifications;Minimum 6 months (or 3 months in food/bev) driving experience; English communication; training and potential overtime. Emphasis on safety, customer service, and reliability on a schedule that typically includes early morning starts and 4- or 5-day work weeks.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language
