Job Summary
Deliver, stock, rotate, display, and maintain all products at customer locations while invoicing clients and collecting payment. Handle alcoholic products, communicate with retailers and management on pricing or program issues, and maintain customer inventory until the next delivery. Complete required paperwork including DOT logs, wear personal protective equipment, and adhere to OSHA and Pepsi safety standards. Work assigned Monday through Saturday shifts, including overtime as needed, while demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and strong communication skills. This trainee role prepares candidates for full sales team duties and provides coverage during absences.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 6-12 months of previous sales experience with a consumer product line and customer relations experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Ability to be insurable to operate a vehicle
- Knowledge of: stocking, rotating and displaying products
- Knowledge of: retail sales environment

- Must maintain customer's product inventory by delivering the appropriate amount of product needed to satisfy customer's needs until the next scheduled delivery
- Must maintain and complete required paperwork (e.g. DOT logs)
- Must communicate with supervisors and co-workers about retailer situations in order to maintain established customer service standards
