Job Summary
Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack while operating a newer model truck equipped with a large capacity refrigerator, heated/cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Drive dedicated loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations across Virginia and Maryland, utilizing the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork, receive payroll information, and manage pre-planned dispatch. Earn base pay plus CPM for every mile dispatched, with additional incentives for maintaining safety performance and meeting five or six days of availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for five or six days of dispatch
- Must be able to load and unload with an electric pallet jack
