Job Summary
Operate dedicated trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch. Scan paperwork, get payroll information, and receive mobile communication messages via the Hirschbach App. Maintain safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and earn CPM for every mile dispatched. Drive newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigerators, heated cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Must be available for six days of dispatch to maximize availability incentive pay and tenure-based increases.
