Job Summary
Drive dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina in a pre-planned dispatch model. Scan paperwork, receive mobile communication messages, and manage E-logs via the Hirschbach app. Operate newer model equipment featuring a large capacity refrigerator, heated cooled seats, and advanced safety sensors. Maintain weekly home time and adhere to the six-day availability requirement to qualify for the $1,450/week incentive pay and tiered annual increases. Earn CPM for every mile driven, with bonuses for safety performance and tenure. Enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and a $10,000 life insurance policy.
