Job Summary
Operate CDL A dedicated trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch and mobile communication via the Hirschbach app. Drive newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigeration, heated and cooled seats, and advanced safety technologies including blind spot detection, lane assist, and automatic high beams. Maintain daily safety performance standards to qualify for monthly bonuses and tenure-based availability incentive pay increases, while adhering to six-day dispatch availability requirements.
