Operate newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced safety tech including lane assist and blind spot monitoring. Maintain high safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and tiered availability incentives that increase with tenure, while meeting six-day dispatch availability requirements.
