Job Summary
Operate dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina under pre-planned dispatch. Maintain daily availability for six days of dispatch to qualify for tiered availability incentive pay ranging from $1,450 to $1,650 based on tenure. Drive newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigerators, heated/cooled seats, and safety technologies including lane assist and blind spot monitoring. Earn additional compensation through mileage-based CPM bonuses and monthly safety performance incentives. Scan paperwork and receive communication via the Hirschbach app. Enjoy weekly home time, pet passenger policy, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.
