Job Summary
Operate as a CDL A driver across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch and Hirschbach app integration for paperwork and payroll. Drive newer model trucks equipped with large capacity refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced safety features including blind spot technology, lane assist sensors, and automatic high beams. Maintain safety performance to earn monthly bonuses and qualify for availability incentive pay requiring six days of dispatch availability. Enjoy weekly home time, per diem reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching after one year.
