Job Summary
Operate dedicated trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina using newer model equipment with large capacity refrigerators and heated/cooled seats. Scan paperwork via the Hirschbach App to receive payroll and mobile communication messages, while maintaining E-logs and adhering to pre-planned dispatch schedules. Earn base pay plus per diem reimbursement and qualify for availability incentive pay by being available six days of dispatch, with additional bonuses for safety performance and mileage. Tenure increases your per-mile earnings, and long-term drivers receive vacation pay after one year.
