Job Summary
Operate a CDL A truck across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch and mobile communication via the Hirschbach app. Maintain safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and earn CPM incentives based on dispatched miles and tenure. Drive newer model equipment featuring large refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced driver-assist technologies. Secure weekly home time and utilize the pet passenger policy while meeting six-day dispatch availability requirements for incentive pay.
