Job Summary
Operate dedicated trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina using pre-planned dispatch and newer model equipment with large capacity refrigerators. Scan paperwork via the Hirschbach App to receive payroll information and mobile communication messages, while maintaining E-logs and adhering to the Pet Passenger Policy. Drive six days of the week to qualify for availability incentive pay and earn CPM for every mile dispatched during the month. Enjoy weekly home time, a monthly safety performance bonus, and a benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and a $10,000 life insurance policy after meeting tenure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for six days of dispatch
- Valid driver's license (implied by CDL A title and E-Logs requirement)
- Ability to drive a truck with a large capacity refrigerator
- Ability to operate in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina
