Job Summary
Operate dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch. Scan paperwork via the Hirschbach app to receive payroll information and mobile communication messages. Maintain safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and availability incentives requiring six days of dispatch. Drive newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigerators, heated and cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Earn base pay plus per diem reimbursement and mileage-based CPM bonuses. Enjoy weekly home time, vacation pay after one year, and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.
