Job Summary
Operate dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch. Maintain high safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and weekly availability incentives requiring six days of dispatch. Utilize newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced driver-assist technologies. Complete E-logs and scan paperwork via the Hirschbach app to receive payroll updates and mobile communications. Earn base pay plus per diem, with additional incentives for tenure, mileage, and safety milestones.
