Job Summary
Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack on newer model trucks equipped with large capacity refrigerators, heated/cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Drive dedicated loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations in Virginia and Maryland, utilizing the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork and receive dispatch communications. Scan paperwork, get payroll information, and receive mobile communication messages from your phone. Earn CPM for every mile dispatched with a base rate of $0.15 CPM, plus an availability incentive of $100/week for five or six days of dispatch. Enjoy weekly home time, a pet passenger policy, and a monthly safety performance bonus that grows with your tenure.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for five or six days of dispatch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack
- Must be able to drive a truck with a large capacity refrigerator
- Must be able to use E-Logs
- Must be able to use the Hirschbach App
- Must be able to scan paperwork
- Must be able to receive mobile communication messages
- Must be able to drive from Fredericksburg, VA to locations in Virginia and Maryland
