Job Summary
Operate dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch. Maintain safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and earn availability incentive pay requiring six days of dispatch availability. Utilize newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced driver assistance systems. Manage E-logs and scan paperwork via the Hirschbach app for payroll and communication. Drive for MW Smithfield to earn base pay plus per diem, with opportunities for vacation pay after one year and pet passenger privileges.
Required Qualifications
