Job Summary
Drive dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina. Operate newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigerators, heated/cooled seats, and advanced safety tech including lane assist and blind spot monitoring. Complete daily dispatch via the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork, receive mobile communications, and earn CPM for every mile driven. Maintain safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and tenure-based availability incentive pay increases. Enjoy weekly home time, pet passenger privileges, and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching after one year.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for six days of dispatch
- Valid driver's license (implied by CDL A title and E-Logs requirement)
- Ability to drive in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina
