Job Summary
Operate CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch. Maintain safety performance to earn monthly bonuses and qualify for tenure-based availability incentive pay increases. Drive newer model equipment featuring refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced driver assistance systems. Complete E-logs and scan paperwork via the Hirschbach app for payroll and communication. Drive six days of the week to maximize eligibility for the $1,450 weekly availability incentive. Earn CPM for every mile dispatched, with base pay and per diem reimbursement included in the total compensation.
