Job Summary
Operate dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina. Drive newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigerators, heated/cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Complete daily dispatch requirements including six days of availability to qualify for the $1,450 weekly incentive pay and tiered tenure bonuses. Utilize the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork, receive mobile communications, and track payroll. Earn CPM for every mile driven, with additional monthly safety performance bonuses for maintaining high safety standards. Enjoy weekly home time, a pet passenger policy, and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and a $10,000 life insurance policy.
