Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack while operating a newer model truck equipped with a large capacity refrigerator and smart features like lane assist and heated seats. Drive dedicated loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations in Virginia and Maryland, utilizing the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork and receive dispatch communications. Earn base pay plus per diem reimbursement, with opportunities to boost earnings through monthly safety and performance incentives based on miles driven. Maintain a five- or six-day availability window to qualify for the $100/week availability incentive pay.
