Job Summary
Operate dedicated trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch and mobile communication via the Hirschbach app. Drive newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced safety tech including lane assist and blind spot monitoring. Maintain e-logs and scan paperwork digitally. Drive six days per week to qualify for availability incentive pay, which increases with tenure up to $1,650 annually, plus monthly safety bonuses based on miles driven.
