Operate dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina under pre-planned dispatch. Maintain daily availability for six days to qualify for availability incentive pay, which increases with tenure from $1,450 to $1,650 weekly. Earn CPM for every mile driven, with base pay plus per diem reimbursement of $0.15 per mile. Utilize newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced safety tech including blind spot monitoring and lane assist. Complete E-logs and scan paperwork via the Hirschbach app for payroll and communication.
