CDL A Dedicated Truck Drivers

Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack while operating a newer model truck equipped with a large capacity refrigerator, heated/cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Drive dedicated loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations in Virginia and Maryland, utilizing the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork and receive dispatch communications. Earn CPM per mile dispatched with a base rate of $0.15 CPM plus a monthly safety and performance bonus that increases with tenure and mileage. Maintain five or six days of availability to qualify for an extra $100 weekly incentive pay.
