Job Summary
Operate a dedicated CDL A truck across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina under pre-planned dispatch. Scan paperwork, receive mobile communication messages, and manage E-logs via the Hirschbach App. Maintain safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and drive newer model equipment featuring large refrigerators, heated/cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Earn base pay plus per diem reimbursement, availability incentives requiring six days of dispatch, and tenure-based increases. Enjoy weekly home time, pet passenger policy, vacation pay after one year, and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for six days of dispatch
- Valid driver's license (implied by CDL A title and E-Logs requirement)
