Job Summary
Operate dedicated CDL A trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina with pre-planned dispatch and direct deposit. Complete daily E-logs and scan paperwork via the Hirschbach App to receive payroll updates and mobile communications. Drive newer model equipment featuring large capacity refrigeration, heated/cooled seats, and advanced safety tech including lane assist and blind spot monitoring. Maintain safety performance to qualify for monthly bonuses and tenure-based availability incentives. Earn per diem reimbursement and potential social media earnings through the Driver Influencer Program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for six days of dispatch
- Valid driver's license (implied by CDL A title and E-Logs requirement)
- Ability to drive a truck with a large capacity refrigerator
- Ability to operate a truck with heated and cooled seats
- Ability to operate a truck with automatic high beams
- Ability to operate a truck with blind spot technology
- Ability to operate a truck with automatic windshield wipers
- Ability to operate a truck with lane assist sensors
- Ability to operate a truck equipped with Best Pass PrePass
- Ability to use the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork, receive payroll information, and receive mobile communication messages
- Ability to comply with E-Logs
- Ability to work in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina
- Ability to work a schedule involving six days of dispatch
- Ability to work a schedule involving weekly home time
