Job Summary
Operate dedicated trucks across Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina using newer model equipment with large capacity refrigerators, heated/cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Scan paperwork, receive mobile communication messages, and manage E-logs via the Hirschbach App. Maintain safety performance to earn monthly bonuses and qualify for per diem reimbursement and availability incentives. Drive six days of dispatch to maximize earnings through mileage-based CPM and tenure-based pay increases.
